Returns and Refund Policies

Of course, we at SoulBites hope that you will absolutely L.O.V.E. your purchase. Should this not be the case, we have different solutions, to keep spreading the L.O.V.E. At all times, you can say hello@soulbites.com with your request. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at hello@soulbites.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns

Unloved items can be returned and issued with a refund - if they arrive at our address below within 14 days of your receipt of the goods. Items that are returned after the 14 day cool off period are not eligible for a refund and there will be a charge for returning the goods to the sender. Please note that we can only refund the original costs of the item, no shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused by you, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase to include in your package.
All items returned to us in an unsuitable condition cannot be accepted and there will be a charge for returning the goods to the sender.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

 

 

Refunds
Refunds can only be processed to the account / card / payment method used to originally pay for the order. Refunds will take 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank and method you paid with.
